Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - B2B based in Karachi Division, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying and building relationships with potential travel agencies/agents, negotiating contracts, and developing growth strategies. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align on targets, tracking market trends, providing insights to drive business objectives, and managing client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. The manager will also monitor sales performance and take proactive steps to meet business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of market research, strategic planning, and project management
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
