Job Summary:

Swift Property Facilities Management Services is seeking a Call Representative Officer (CRO) with proven experience in managing and providing security guard services. The CRO will be responsible for handling client calls, maintaining guard hiring records, coordinating with the security team, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls related to security guard services.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with security supervisors and field staff to ensure timely deployment and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate data records of guard hiring, deployment, and service history.
  • Keep daily logs of client communications and share reports with the Manager Security.
  • Assist in scheduling security staff for shifts and emergency deployments.
  • Support in preparing performance reports and updates for management.
  • Ensure high standards of professionalism and client service at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in providing or managing security guard services is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs50,000.00 per month
