We are a fast-growing property investment and management company looking for a motivated, proactive, and results-driven Property Outreach & Partnerships Executive. This is a remote role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and helping grow a dynamic property business.

You will be the first point of contact for property owners and letting/property management agencies. Your goal: identify potential properties for management or investment and secure collaborations with agencies.

This role is commission-heavy, meaning your earnings have no upper limit—the harder you work, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research property adverts online and contact landlords to explore management or investment opportunities.
  • Reach out to letting agents, real estate, and property management companies to discuss potential partnerships.
  • Conduct cold calling and cold emailing to generate leads and secure collaboration agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM.
  • Provide timely updates on progress and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies.
  • Work independently while meeting agreed KPIs for outreach and conversions.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and negotiation.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • NOT MANDATORY but experience in sales, telemarketing, property sourcing, or customer outreach is a plus.
  • Familiarity with property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla) or real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Reliable internet and home office setup for full-time remote work.

What We Offer

  • Base salary: PKR 50,000/month guaranteed
  • Uncapped commission for every property secured or agency partnership.
