Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Closer with international English call center experience who can also take on Project Manager responsibilities. The role blends high-performance sales with leadership — you'll be responsible for handling high-ticket closures while also managing and guiding a team to achieve their KPIs.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client-facing work, and has proven success in both closing deals and leading teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and manage 80+ outbound calls daily in English to international clients
  • Close high-ticket deals averaging $10k+, with annual targets of $1.5M+ sales
  • Manage call center operations remotely and ensure team performance
  • Provide training and mentorship to sales operators (3+ years training experience required)
  • Oversee and manage teams of 5+ years with a proven track record in leadership
  • Prepare daily reports, track activity, and use company tools/templates for performance management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of training experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience (call center background strongly preferred)
  • Proven success as an English-speaking Sales Closer in international high-ticket environments
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (required)
  • Stable internet connection for remote work

Contract & Payment

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Compensation: $8/hr (further details discussed individually)
  • Payment: Biweekly
  • Must align with CET hours
