Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Closer with proven experience in high-volume international sales and a strong background in call center operations. This role is a blend of sales and leadership — you'll be responsible for personally closing high-ticket deals while also stepping up as a Project Manager to oversee call center performance and team results.

The ideal candidate is ambitious, client-focused, and capable of balancing both frontline sales and project management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and manage 80+ outbound calls daily to international clients
  • Close high-value deals averaging $10k+, with an annual target of $1.5M+ sales
  • Manage call center performance and support operators in hitting their KPIs
  • Train and mentor sales staff, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Provide daily reports and use company-provided tools/templates to track activity
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale sales operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of training experience
  • 5+ years of team management experience (call center experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven success as a Sales Closer in international high-ticket sales
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English with a reliable internet connection

Contract & Payment

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Rate: $8/hr (details discussed individually)
  • Payment: Biweekly
  • Must align with CET hours
