We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Service Quality & Compliance Officer to oversee multiple ride-hailing service applications. The role ensures that all drivers operate fairly, follow guidelines, and maintain the highest service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor activity across different ride-hailing service applications in real-time.
- Ensure drivers comply with company policies and ethical work practices.
- Identify and report irregularities or unfair practices.
- Liaise with management for timely corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate daily monitoring and compliance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ride-hailing platforms and GPS tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive data.
