We're looking for an experienced professional to lead
Compliance Risk Management
across the bank. The role involves managing the
Regulatory Repository, Policy House, Compliance Risk Assessments (CRA), Testing & Validation, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
while fostering a strong culture of compliance and collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Oversee compliance risk management strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.


• Maintain regulatory repository and policy house.


• Conduct CRA, testing, validation, and KRI monitoring.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory alignment.


• Promote compliance awareness and training initiatives.

Requirements:

Master's in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field (ACCA/CA preferred)

Minimum 10 years' experience in compliance, risk, or related areas.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Experience with SBP regulatory framework and automated compliance systems.
