Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the US and Canadian markets to introduce the company's finance and accounting services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and professional communication.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in CRM systems.
  • Effectively communicate the company's offerings, address client queries, and schedule appointments or demos.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Manage and update lead data obtained from various platforms such as , ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Follow call scripts and sales techniques to engage decision-makers and convert prospects into potential clients.
  • Report daily progress and feedback to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a clear, confident phone presence.
  • Experience using tools such as CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), , ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong understanding of the US business culture and time zones.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must be comfortable working the night shift (US hours).
