What your typical day will look like

  • Drive talent strategy and full-cycle recruitment; ensuring effective sourcing, selection, onboarding, building talent pipelines and leading employer branding initiatives.
  • Oversee performance management; facilitate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals and manager coaching. Develop PMS dashboards and analyze data to identify performance trends and development needs.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis, design and execute learning initiatives with measurable ROI.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities and lead development of HR analytics dashboards to track workforce trends and talent metrics.
  • Drive AI integration in HR, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What you need to succeed at this role

  • MHRM/BBA/MBA with 4-5 years' relevant experience
  • Expertise in HR analytics, talent management frameworks, and OD interventions.
  • Proactive individual with high emotional intelligence, integrity, and stakeholder management skills.
