Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager Human Resource located in Lahore. The Manager Human Resource will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing the hiring process, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The Manager will also handle employee concerns, facilitate training programs, and collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing strategies
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Understanding of Labor Laws, Employment Regulations, and Compliance
  • Strong abilities in HR Policy Development, Procedure Implementation, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA or HR certification is a plus
