Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Lahore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. The daily tasks include analyzing market trends, building and maintaining client relationships, crafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients, attending industry events, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to generate new leads and expand client base.
  • Create and execute successful email marketing campaigns tailored for the software industry.
  • Write technical proposals and business documents that align with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client needs and achieve targets.
  • Lead business development initiatives with a results-driven approach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in the software industry.
  • Strong background in business development and email marketing.
  • Excellent technical proposal writing skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with teams.
