A front Desk Officer (Female only) serves as the face of Company. The primary duty of a front desk Officer is to greet visitors. Answer inquiries and provide information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information when needed.
Handle all correspondence, emails, and incoming mail, and distribute it appropriately.
Maintain security by following procedures, such as monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges.
Keep the reception area neat and presentable with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., brochures, forms, etc.).
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain and update contact lists and office directories.
Manage booking and reservation systems for meeting rooms or office equipment.
Provide support in organizing company events or meetings.
Handle any visitor queries and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and timely manner.
Assist with clerical tasks and other duties as assigned by the office manager or HR department.
Requirements:
Must be computer literate
Minimum Intermediate/Bachelor's degree holder
Proficient in English and Urdu (Oral & Written)
Good organizational and &multi-tasking abilities.
