
Office Administrator/Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative & Document Support Assistant to provide comprehensive support in day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, handling printing and filing tasks, maintaining organized records, and assisting with general administrative duties to ensure smooth workflow within the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize Word files, documents, and reports in a systematic manner.
- Perform printing, scanning, and filing of official documents as required.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in preparing official letters, forms, and other administrative documents.
- Support management in scheduling, correspondence, and basic office coordination.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling company records and data.
- Assist in procurement of office supplies and maintaining administrative inventory.
- Perform any other clerical or administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
