Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Islamabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing general administrative and clerical tasks, managing inbound and outbound calls, and greeting and assisting clients and visitors. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, ensuring a professional and organized reception area, and providing excellent customer service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties, including managing calls and handling visitor inquiries
  • Strong Clerical Skills with an ability to manage scheduling, filing, and administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with office software
