We are considerable a Start-Up with great potential and growth opportunities. We are looking to hire recruitment executive to manage hiring across Canada. A good knowledge of the English language and HR Related Experience is required as this position involves calling candidates across North America to narrow down candidates interested in interviewing.

Responsibilities

  • Posting job ads on different job boards and social media.
  • Managing Social Media accounts to attract candidates interested in the job.
  • Cold Calling candidates for initial screening interviews across Canada and if necessary schedule in-person interview with clients.
  • Managing complete recruitment cycle from initially screening a candidate to having the confirmed at clients location.
  • Able to communicate and interact with clients over email and phone calls.
  • Assuring Candidate's availability for On-Site interviews through confirmation over email or text message.
  • Working with Counterpart teams supporting them at the best capacity.
  • Managing Timesheets and all administrative related activities for HR Operations.
  • Assuring employees show up at clients' workplaces.
  • Handling In-coming Calls for Human Resources and HR-related queries.

Requirements

  • Night Shift Timings: 6pm - 2am or 7pm - 3am (pst)
  • Candidate should have knowledge of using computers and different job portals.
  • Candidates should have a positive approach, good English communication skills, and positive energy to grow.
  • A Bachelors Graduate with HR Discipline
  • Experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply

It's a Monday - Friday On-Site Job with Saturday and Sunday off.

Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad.
