Role Overview

As an
HR Executive
, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily functions of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR career in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination
  • Lead onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Handle core HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
  • Organize and execute employee engagement activities, internal events, and training sessions
  • Support HR compliance initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall employee experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (with a specialization in HR preferred)
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
