We are looking for Recruitment Specialist to support our human resources functions and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process, from resume screening to initial interviews.

- Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a seamless orientation experience and proper - documentation.

- Maintain and update personnel records with accuracy and compliance.

- Manage various HR administrative tasks and support policy implementation.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1 year in an HR role, with a strong focus on Recruitment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Location: Islamabad

Days: Mon to Sat

Timing: 9 to 5

Job Type: Full-time
