About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Junior–Mid Level Microsoft 365 Administrator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments. You will support day-to-day administration, security, device management, and user support, while also contributing to automation and small IT improvement projects.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Manage user lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, role/permission changes).
  • Assign, track, and optimize Microsoft 365 licenses.
  • Enforce security controls including Conditional Access and MFA.
  • Monitor and improve Microsoft Secure Score.

SharePoint & Teams Management

  • Manage SharePoint site structure, access permissions, and governance.
  • Create and maintain SharePoint communication and team sites.
  • Maintain Teams environment hygiene (archiving, guest access, security settings).

Device Management via Intune

  • Enroll, configure, and monitor company devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Ensure device compliance policies remain active and enforced.
  • Perform remote wipe, reset, and lost-device management procedures.

Security & Compliance

  • Configure retention policies, sensitivity labels, and DLP rules.
  • Monitor security dashboards and respond to alerts.
  • Assist with periodic security audits and compliance preparation.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows for IT processes.
  • Create and update IT SOPs for recurring tasks.
  • Suggest automation improvements for reducing manual workload.

IT Projects & Strategic Improvements

  • Lead or support small-to-medium internal IT projects.
  • Participate in IT planning meetings and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Assist in evaluating cost optimization for licenses and subscriptions.

End-User Support & Training

  • Serve as primary IT support contact (Level 1/2).
  • Deliver basic internal training sessions (SharePoint usage, cybersecurity).
  • Maintain user guides and internal IT documentation.

Backup & Disaster Recovery

  • Manage and test Microsoft 365 backup procedures (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange).
  • Assist in maintaining and testing DR and Business Continuity Plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or IT support.
  • Working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Intune.
  • Understanding of security principles and cloud compliance.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
