Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will be responsible for collecting feedback from customers through phone calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite tone, and the ability to record feedback accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback about their experience.

Record responses clearly and maintain daily feedback reports.

Forward any complaints or suggestions to the relevant department.

Maintain professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.

Ensure all feedback is collected within assigned timelines.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Polite and customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer and reporting skills.

Previous customer service experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs40,000.00 per month
