Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:Managing the entire process from advertising job openings to interviewing, hiring, and orienting new employees.
  • Policy & Compliance:Developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Employee Relations:Handling conflicts, addressing employee grievances, and promoting a healthy, harmonious work environment.
  • Performance Management:Overseeing performance appraisals, providing coaching, and implementing programs to drive high performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits:Administering employee benefits programs, coordinating payroll, and managing compensation structures.
  • Training & Development:Planning and implementing training programs for staff and developing strategies for employee growth and development.
  • Strategic Alignment:Working with senior leadership to align HR strategies with overall business goals and contributing to strategic planning and workforce planning.
  • Employee Engagement:Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Data & Reporting:Collecting and analyzing employee data to measure satisfaction, track HR metrics, and provide insights to management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills, listening, and negotiation abilities to effectively manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to architect HR strategies that support business goals and manage organizational change.
  • Knowledge of Labor Law: In-depth understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Leadership: Skill in leading and managing HR teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in various HR functions, including knowledge of HR systems and databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs30, Rs40,000.00 per month
