We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Procurement to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in supply chain operations, with 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automobile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end locan and international procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
  • Utilize SAP systems for demand forecasting, planning, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5–7 years of proven experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Strong preference for candidates from the automobile or automotive parts industry.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and supply chain management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
