Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Freight Brokerage Specialist. The individual will be responsible for providing support in managing freight brokerage operations, negotiating rates, coordinating with carriers and shippers, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. Daily responsibilities include managing client accounts, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining strong communication with logistics partners. The role also involves monitoring industry trends to optimize business opportunities and improving workflow efficiency for superior client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Freight Brokerage, Logistics Operations, and the Trucking industry
  • Experience in Negotiation, Client Account Management, and Rate Management
  • Proficiency in Communication, Time Management, and Organizational skills
  • Sound understanding of Market Trends and Supply Chain Processes
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask effectively, and problem-solve in dynamic environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a related role is highly advantageous
