Work Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- Flexible hours between 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pakistan Time
- Availability as needed for assigned tasks
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can provide high-level administrative support and handle a variety of tasks on demand. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and prioritize need-based tasks effectively
- Draft, edit, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, documents)
- Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
- Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO
Requirements:
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, online tools)
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
- Flexible availability within the stated hours (Monday–Saturday, evenings/nights PKT)
Compensation:
- Monthly stipend (to be discussed during the interview)
- Performance-based increments possible after probation
