Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Flexible hours between 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM Pakistan Time
  • Availability as needed for assigned tasks

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Executive Assistant to the CEO who can provide high-level administrative support and handle a variety of tasks on demand. The ideal candidate should be highly adaptable, organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage and prioritize need-based tasks effectively
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence (emails, letters, documents)
  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or summaries as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the CEO

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, online tools)
  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and willing to take initiative
  • Flexible availability within the stated hours (Monday–Saturday, evenings/nights PKT)

Compensation:

  • Monthly stipend (to be discussed during the interview)
  • Performance-based increments possible after probation
