Job Purpose: The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge and skills in data analytics and problem solving which will enable them to gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, and then make recommendations for business actions. Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly target vs achievement reports of key business, quality & distribution KPI's
  • Preparing Monthly channel promo commissions workings and liaison with Finance/RA team for timely disbursement
  • Building Dashboards for management/grid performance to have 360 degree view using Excel/BI Tools.
  • Ad hoc data requests by taking accountability of providing accurate data for actionable insights

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education: Bachelors in Business Administration or Equivalent from an accredited University Work Experience: Fresh graduate or upto 1 years of experience Skills - Generic:
