Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager People and Culture, located in Lahore. The Assistant Manager People and Culture will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. They will also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure a welcoming and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Employee Relations skills
- Experience in Training and Development and Performance Management
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
