We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Specialist to manage our brand's online presence with a strong focus on
organic content strategy and community engagement
. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building authentic connections, driving engagement, and fostering meaningful online communities.

Job Details:

Time: 06:00 pm to 03:00 am

Location: Block 3, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Full-time on-site night shift job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan, maintain, and execute a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting aligned with campaigns and brand goals
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, blogs, polls, etc.) aligned with the brand's voice and goals
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and nurture strong online communities by encouraging conversations and user-generated content
  • Track, analyze, and report on organic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for community management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management with a focus on organic growth
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
  • Excellent communication and community management skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling online communities, forums, or brand ambassador programs
