Job description:

We are hiring a dynamic and self-driven individual to serve as a direct point of communication with the Team and Management to oversee the execution of our internal projects. This role requires someone with strong multi-tasking capabilities in marketing, content creation, campaign execution, project coordination, SEO, and strategic research.

You'll have to turn ideas into execution and ensure our brand stands out in a competitive digital market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Coordination

  • Act as a communication bridge betweenteam Leads and management.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of internal projects with clear timelines and accountability.
  • Maintain documentation of requirements, meeting notes, and updates.

Marketing & Content Execution

  • Create or coordinate visual and written content for social media, email, and websites.
  • Plan and execute email campaigns for both internal initiatives and lead generation.
  • Update company websites with fresh content, banners, blog posts, and landing pages.

Digital Performance

  • Conduct SEO audits and work with internal or external teams to improve rankings.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare regular reports.

Research & Innovation

  • Continuously explore market trends and competitors to identify areas where we can differentiate.
  • Recommend creative ideas or channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or executive support.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain tight deadlines.
  • Should be able to create bi weekly reports.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience working directly with founders or C-level leadership.
  • Basic understanding of analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Prior experience in a startup or multi-brand environment.
