About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation and Outreach Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and conducting outreach campaigns to build strong business relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach to prospects.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert them into opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and activities in CRM tools.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Target-driven mindset with excellent organizational skills.
