Job Description: HR cum Admin Officer

Location: Lahore , Pakistan

Experience: 6-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

HR Functions:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
  • Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, calling candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct inductions and onboarding for new hires.
  • Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities.
  • Deliver presentations on company policies and explain rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the ERP system.
  • Handle employee queries and concerns professionally.
  • Arrange and facilitate training programs for employees.
  • Coordinate with head office to implement consistent communication and activities in the Lahore office

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and professional.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in a similar HR cum Admin role
  • Excellent knowledge of HR practices and Pakistan labor laws
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Working knowledge of hiring tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong data presentation and analytical skills
