We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Admin, HR & Receptionist Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting in HR functions, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage phone calls, and handle correspondence.
  • Maintain office records, supplies, and overall workplace management.
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and leave management.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and employee engagement activities.
  • Draft letters, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 1–2years of experience in Admin/HR/Receptionist roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to multitask.
