Role Description
This is a remote, full-time role for an HR Admin (Intern). The HR Admin (Intern) will assist in various HR functions, including supporting HR management, maintaining employee relations, providing customer service to employees, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Day-to-day tasks will include updating employee records, assisting in onboarding processes, handling HR documentation, and responding to employee inquiries.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HR Management and Human Resources (HR) principles
- Strong Communication and Employee Relations skills
- Customer Service experience
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
