Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate and qualify leads through outbound calling. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, confident on the phone, and capable of handling high call volumes while maintaining a professional and persuasive approach.

This role is part-time to start, with the potential to become full-time based on performance.

Freshers with 0 to 1 year of experience in sales are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 100 outbound calls per day using Zoom Workplace (Zoom Dialer)

Identify and qualify potential leads for the sales team

Follow call scripts and adhere to sales processes

Schedule appointments or demos for senior sales representatives

Maintain accurate records of calls and lead details

Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets

Communicate professionally and confidently with prospects

Provide feedback to improve outreach strategies and call scripts

Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (freshers welcome)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace

Familiarity with Zoom Workplace or similar dialers is a plus

Must be available during 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM (PKT)
