About the Role

:

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills, a background in customer support, and experience working with online platforms and order management systems.

What You'll Do

:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, partners, and vendors.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use online platforms to process orders, manage customer accounts, and update order status.
  • Work within e-commerce systems (Shopify experience is a plus) for order tracking and customer support.
  • Assist customers with product setup, order verification, and account troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve delivery or technical issues promptly.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience with every interaction

What We're Looking For

:

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience with a U.S.-based or international company.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms tools is a plus.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a "Can Do" attitude.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Fast learner with excellent organizational skills.
