Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales processes, delivering excellent customer service, and providing training to the sales team. Additionally, the specialist will develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and identifying Business Development opportunities
  • Skilled in Training and leading sales teams
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the doors and furniture industry is a plus
