Polar Cream and Premium Ice Cream have officially arrived in Pakistan — crafted especially for the vibrant and flavor-loving people of Lahore As we launch our premium ice cream experience, we're looking for a passionate and driven individual to help us strengthen our brand presence and expand our supply network.

Job Responsibilities

As a
Brand & Supply Growth Executive
, you will be responsible for:

  • Enhancing the overall branding of Polar Cream & Premium Ice Cream across Lahore.
  • Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to boost product awareness and customer engagement.
  • Identifying and building relationships with retailers, distributors, cafés, and supermarkets to expand supply channels.
  • Ensuring timely product availability and consistent supply to all partners.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors to refine brand positioning.
  • Supporting on-ground promotional activities, events, and sampling drives.
  • Reporting performance insights and suggesting growth-focused strategies.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone energetic, creative, and passionate about brand-building.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in FMCG, marketing, distribution, or similar fields (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of Lahore's market dynamics is a big plus.
