Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Upseller based in Karāchi. The Upseller will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by offering additional products and services. Daily tasks include analyzing customer needs, strategizing upselling techniques, and maintaining customer relationships. The Upseller will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer data and identify upselling opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in the local language and English
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
