Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and retail outlets to introduce the company's SaaS solution.
  • Conduct cold calls, on-ground visits, and online demos to explain product features and benefits.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Understand client pain points and tailor product demos accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with market trends in the restaurant and retail tech sectors.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
