Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and retail outlets to introduce the company's SaaS solution.
- Conduct cold calls, on-ground visits, and online demos to explain product features and benefits.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Understand client pain points and tailor product demos accordingly.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and closed deals using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with market trends in the restaurant and retail tech sectors.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
