Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables; report status to the Project Manager.
  • Support the allocation of resources and the scheduling of project tasks.
  • Facilitate communication between project team members and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
