Role Purpose

The Assistant Project Manager will support field implementation of the GCC project, supervising 75 Sitara Bajis and ensuring effective community outreach, reporting, and compliance with project guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Sitara Bajis for outreach and project delivery.
  • Monitor field activities, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain compliance with SOPs.
  • Coordinate with field workers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct trainings, review performance, and document success stories.
  • Support timely completion of project targets and reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Public Health, Project Management, Marketing, or Pharm D.
  • Minimum 1 year of project management experience in community settings.
  • Strong communication, supervision, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic M&E tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across districts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs124,000.00 per month
