Keepcodein is on the lookout for a Business Development Executive who excels in Upwork bidding and lead generation within the IT industry. If you're skilled at identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into lasting client relationships, we'd love to connect

Job Type: Full-time(Onsite)

Timings: 4PM to 1AM

Location: High Q Tower Jail Road Lahore

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-potential projects on Upwork and similar platforms
  • Create and implement effective outreach and follow-up strategies
  • Develop compelling proposals and pitch documents tailored to client needs
  • Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals
  • Manage client communication, build trust, and close deals
  • Track performance and optimize bidding strategies

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in business development or Upwork bidding (IT/tech domain preferred)
  • Proven track record of winning projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, or Clutch
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Self-driven, with strong time management and negotiation skills
