largest storage capacity at a prime location in Machikey, Sheikhupura and service stations across the nation. We're fulfilling our customer's energy needs through various products and while maintaining the highest levels of safety, security and quality standards. Our products range from petroleum to diesel, kerosene oil, ultra-furnace, super plus, as well as lubricant for which we've partnered up with the LOTOS Group of Poland.

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Support Executive to join our team and help support and manage our technological infrastructure.

Position Overview:

The IT
Support Executive
will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, maintaining hardware and software, and implementing IT solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor IT systems, networks, and infrastructure to ensure they are operating effectively.
  • Provide technical support to staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and perform system updates and backups.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technological needs and provide solutions.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates for all IT equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations regarding IT security and data management.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
  • Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking protocols.
  • Experience with hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of IT security best practices and data protection laws.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
  • Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies.
  • Familiarity with database management systems and enterprise software.
