Business Development Manager
to help us grow even further.
About the Role
We are seeking a
results-driven and dynamic Business Development Manager
to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have
2+ years of proven experience
in IT sales or business development and is passionate about building client relationships and generating leads across platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, freelance portals, email, and industry networks.
This is a high-impact, growth-oriented role with both
fixed salary
and
performance-based commissions
.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities across local and international markets
- Generate leads via multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, email outreach, referrals, networking events)
- Pitch IT services such as software/app development, DevOps, cloud solutions, SEO, and AI tools
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align messaging and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that drive revenue growth
- Maintain and update CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Represent TechHive AI in meetings, demos, and client calls
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
in business development or B2B sales in the IT industry - Strong knowledge of software development services and digital transformation trends
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Fiverr, and other lead gen tools
- Experience working with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales pipelines
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
