We're seeking a content strategist with fintech and cross-border payments expertise who can merge creativity, compliance, and data. As Assistant Manager – Content Strategy, you'll lead the content engine that fuels customer acquisition, builds brand trust, and drives retention.

From  landing pages and trust-building blogs to app store descriptions and push notifications. You'll ensure all content communicates security, transparency, and cultural relevance to global diaspora audiences. You'll balance AI-assisted production with strong editorial oversight, ensuring content is accurate, human, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

Editorial Leadership & Planning

  • Own the global content calendar across web, app, email, social, and in-app notifications.
  • Align editorial planning with SEO roadmaps, product launches, campaigns, and corridor-specific growth goals.
  • Ensure compliance-approved messaging across all touchpoints (fees, exchange rates, KYC, timelines).

Content Creation & Optimization

  • Edit and refine AI-assisted drafts for accuracy, clarity, cultural nuance, and regulatory alignment.
  • Partner with SEO/ASO teams to ensure all content is optimized for acquisition & retention (keywords, schema, structured FAQs).
  • Create evergreen corridor content hubs to drive organic visibility.
  • Ensure tone is consistent: trustworthy, empathetic, and simple for financial literacy.

Multi-Channel Distribution

  • Repurpose content across web, blog, app, CRM (email, WhatsApp, push), social media, PR, and community platforms.
  • Customize formats per channel (blogs, infographics, reels, corridor explainers, video testimonials).
  • Build localized content (Urdu, Bengali, Amharic, Arabic, etc.) for diaspora communities in target markets.

Performance & Growth Integration

  • Define and track content KPIs: organic traffic, installs, KYC completions, first transaction, LTV uplift from organic cohorts.
  • Use GA4, Firebase, MMPs, and Looker Studio to measure full-funnel impact of content.
  • Run A/B tests on messaging to optimize conversion.
  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and user feedback across platforms to feed insights into content loops.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Growth & Performance on ad copy testing and funnel messaging.
  • Work with SEO & ASO on keyword-driven content across corridors and app stores.
  • Collaborate with CRM for lifecycle content: onboarding, reactivation, referral campaigns.
  • Liaise with Design & Video for storytelling assets (explainer videos, customer testimonials, product walkthroughs).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years in content strategy or editorial roles for consumer-facing tech, or fintech.
  • Proven track record of building multi-channel content ecosystems that drive measurable acquisition and retention.
  • Expertise in SEO-driven content planning (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO).
  • Familiarity with ASO copywriting and metadata optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content tools (Jasper, , ChatGPT) and editorial refinement
    workflows

- Proficiency with analytics platforms: GA4, Firebase, Looker Studio, Search Console.
- Strong editorial judgment, with ability to simplify financial jargon into user-friendly language.
- Knowledge of multi-language content strategy for diaspora audiences.
- Bonus: Experience coordinating with compliance teams on financial product messaging.

KPIs You'll Own

  • SEO Content KPIs: Organic sessions, keyword rankings, corridor landing page visibility.
  • Engagement KPIs: CTR on emails, push, and in-app content.
  • Conversion KPIs: % of organic traffic converting to installs → KYC → first transaction
  • ASO/Trust KPIs: Ratings, reviews, store listing conversions.
