Role Overview
GrowthRise Solutions is seeking CSR to join our dynamic operations team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders and returns, and providing real-time support to ensure a seamless shopping experience for international clients. We're looking for detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals with strong English communication skills who can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through chat and other communication channels.
- Order & Return Management: Process and track customer orders and returns with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Live Chat Assistance: Handle live conversations to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Data Entry & Record Management: Maintain up-to-date customer information within internal systems.
- Microsoft Office Use: Utilize Excel and Word for reporting, tracking, and documentation.
- Communication: Deliver clear and professional written and verbal support to international customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Must bring a personal laptop to work.
- Availability to work daily on-site at our Bahria Town Phase 7 office.
