Job description

The Cold Calling representative will be responsible for managing communication. This role will focus on contacting clients, arranging consultations and ensuring that all necessary appointments and documentation are prepared in advance. The representative will also provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a smooth process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact clients & schedule consultations with immigration advisors based on client needs and availability.
  • Engage potential clients, answer basic questions about immigration services.
  • Maintain open communication between clients and company to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns and questions with professionalism and empathy.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure they have the information and support needed for the next steps.

Requirements

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or relevant field
  • Experience:
  • 0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., customer service, or cold calling)
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage conflicting priorities.
