Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of serviced apartments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and lead a team of hospitality staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Develop and implement customer service standards to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a hospitality manager or similar role in serviced apartments or hotels.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to resolve complaints and conflicts professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management.
  • Certification in hotel management or related fields is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and industry best practices.
