Role Overview:

We are hiring an On-Site Lead Generation Specialist / Sales Executive for IT & SaaS who will be responsible for managing our Upwork profile and generating business opportunities through freelance platforms, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Upwork profile (bidding, proposals, and client communication).
  • Generate and qualify leads from freelance platforms, LinkedIn, and cold outreach.
  • Identify new business growth opportunities for IT/SaaS services.
  • Work closely with management to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Maintain proper follow-ups with leads to maximize conversions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in lead generation, Upwork bidding, or IT sales.
  • Understanding of IT/software services (automation, AI, mobile apps, APIs, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in Lahore and available for on-site work.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS or software agency sales.
  • Familiarity with international client acquisition.
