We are seeking an experienced
Business Development Manager
to lead client acquisition and business growth across
all major freelance platforms
(Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.). The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and skilled at building strong client relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow business opportunities across freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
  • Create, submit, and optimize proposals to maximize project conversions
  • Identify, approach, and close new clients to drive consistent revenue growth
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Lead and support junior bidding/proposal writers, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine business strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, HR) to align client requirements with company capabilities
  • Track KPIs and report on project wins, conversions, and growth performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Development Manager
    or similar role in IT/Software/Services industry
  • Strong track record of successfully acquiring projects through
    Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
