Role Overview
The Customer Support Executive (E-commerce Specialist) will handle customer queries, orders, returns, and complaints across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on experience in managing e-commerce operations to ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and vendor teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining service quality standards.
- Monitor product listings, stock availability, and customer feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare reports on recurring issues.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure a positive customer journey.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends and contribute to improving customer experience.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in customer support.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first approach.
