Position Title: Customer Support Executive (E-commerce specialist)
Location: G 13/4 Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with strong customer support skills to handle client communications, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, multitasking ability, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Manage and update customer support tickets.
- Assist in troubleshooting product or service issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer service reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years experience in customer service or virtual assistance.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gorgias) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and administrative support.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software quickly.
